ORGANIZAÇÃO DA PROPOSTA PEDAGÓGIVA DESTINADA AO SISTEMA PRISIONAL PARANAENSE A PARTIR DO PLANO ESTADUAL DE EDUCAÇÃO PARA PESSOAS PRIVADAS DE LIBERDADE

A Revista Acadêmica Online, com prazer, introduz o estudo intitulado “ORGANIZAÇÃO DA PROPOSTA PEDAGÓGIVA DESTINADA AO SISTEMA PRISIONAL PARANAENSE A PARTIR DO PLANO ESTADUAL DE EDUCAÇÃO PARA PESSOAS PRIVADAS DE LIBERDADE" de lavratura dos pesquisadores: Debora Souza Santos, Paulo Rogério de Souza.

A educação prisional é tida como um meio de reinserção social do indivíduo, assim, neste artigo, nos propomos a investigar a organização das propostas pedagógicas destinadas à Educação de Jovens e Adultos no sistema prisional do Paraná, a partir do Plano Estadual de Educação para Pessoas Privadas de Liberdade e Egressas do Sistema Prisional do Paraná. Para tanto, o estudo será realizado por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e qualitativa, na qual nos embasaremos em documentos oficiais e pesquisadores, tendo como principal referencial teórico, Paulo Freire. A fim de melhor organizar a pesquisa, no primeiro momento estudamos o histórico das políticas nacionais e paranaenses, em seguida, descrevemos a organização da Educação de Jovens e Adultos, por fim, tentamos estabelecer uma relação entre a BNCC (2018) e o PEESPP (2021). Como resultado da pesquisa encontramos uma proposta de educação tecnicista que visa a formação do sujeito para o mercado de trabalho.

ABSTRACT

Prison education is considered as a means of social reintegration. Therefore, in this study, we propose to investigate the organization of pedagogical proposals developed to Youth and Adult Education in the prison system of Paraná. The investigation was based in the State Plan of Education for Persons Deprived of Liberty and Egresses from the Prison System of Paraná. The study consists in a bibliographical and qualitative research, based in official documents and researchers in the area, having Paulo Freire as the main theoretical reference. Firstly, we study the history of national and Paraná policies, then we describe the organization of Youth and Adult Education, finally, we establish a relationship between the BNCC (2018) and the PEESPP (2021). As a result of the research, we found a proposal for technical education that aims at the formation of the subject for the job market.
