A Revista Acadêmica Online, com prazer, introduz o estudo intitulado “MENOR X TRABALHO PRECOCE NO BRASIL: OS EFEITOS DO LABOR NO DESENVOLVIMENTO INFANTOJUVENIL" de lavratura das pesquisadoras: Maria Alice Cunha Sobral, Emília de Fátima da Silva Farinha Moreira.

 

O trabalho infantil no Brasil é uma prática que perdura por gerações e, apesar de já existirem diversos programas, políticas públicas e dispositivos legais buscando sua prevenção e erradicação, ela não deixa de existir. Em virtude disso, o presente trabalho tem como foco identificar os principais efeitos que tal prática tem no desenvolvimento infantojuvenil, além de apresentar a relação entre a inserção precoce da criança e do adolescente no ambiente de trabalho. Dessa forma, será explanado, de forma breve, o contexto do trabalho infantil no Brasil, identificando as principais normas legais nacionais e internacionais sobre o tema. Além disso, será explicado, também, acerca do desenvolvimento humano, onde abordou-se uma das principais teorias sobre o assunto, a Teoria Cognitivista. E, por fim, apresentando os principais impactos que tal prática ocasiona na vida de crianças e adolescentes. O trabalho tem como método o hipotético-dedutivo, baseando-se em uma pesquisa exploratória, com levantamento bibliográfico de artigos, teses, dissertações e livros sobre o assunto.

ABSTRACT




	Child labor in Brazil is a practice that has lasted generations and, despite the existence of several programs, public policies and legal provisions seeking its elimination and eradication, it does not cease to exist. As a result, this work focuses on presenting the relationship between the early insertion of children and adolescents into work, in addition to identifying the main effects that this practice has on child and adolescent development. In this way, the context of child labor in Brazil will be briefly explained, as well as identifying the main national and international legal standards on the subject. In addition, it will also be explained about human development, where one of the main theories on the subject, the Cognitivist Theory, was addressed. The work has a hypothetical-deductive method, based on exploratory research, with a bibliographical survey of articles, theses, dissertations and books on the subject.
