MATERNIDADE ATÍPICA: TERMO E CONCEITO

A Revista Acadêmica Online, com prazer, introduz o estudo intitulado “MATERNIDADE ATÍPICA: TERMO E CONCEITO" de lavratura das pesquisadoras:  Cintia Teixeira de Sousa Viana, Miria Benicasa.

Esta pesquisa buscou descrever o conceito de maternidade atípica e investigar sua extensão e limitações, tanto na produção científica quanto em sites de grande veiculação. Objetivou oferecer o conceito e o termo maternidade atípica para uso na produção cientifica nacional. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, de revisão sistemática de literatura. A sistematização foi conduzida segundo as instruções do Protocolo PRISMA. Pela escassez de achados teóricos nas bases de dados cientificas optou-se por realizar coleta de dados nos sites de grande veiculação, por meio de saturação. Foram encontrados quatro artigos científicos e sete textos que atenderam a temática do estudo.  Concluiu-se que o termo maternidade atípica refere-se as mães que possuem filhos com transtorno de neurodesenvolvimento e tem sua relevância para representatividade das mães que lutam pelos direitos de seus filhos atípicos e por políticas públicas que atendam suas demandas.

ABSTRACT: This research aimed to describe the concept of atypical motherhood and investigate its scope and limitations in both scientific literature and widely circulated websites. The objective was to provide the concept and term "atypical motherhood" for use in national scientific production. This was a qualitative study, a literature review. The systematization was conducted following the PRISMA Protocol guidelines. Due to the scarcity of theoretical findings in scientific databases, data collection was carried out on widely circulated websites through saturation. Four scientific articles and seven texts that addressed the study's theme were found. It was concluded that the term "atypical motherhood" refers to mothers who have children with neurodevelopmental disorders and holds relevance for representing mothers who advocate for the rights of their atypical children and for public policies that address their demands.
