LIÇÕES SOBRE VIOLÊNCIA SEXUAL E CRIMINOLOGIA A PARTIR DA OBRA “LARANJA MECÂNICA”

A Revista Acadêmica Online, com prazer, introduz o estudo intitulado “LIÇÕES SOBRE VIOLÊNCIA SEXUAL E CRIMINOLOGIA A PARTIR DA OBRA “LARANJA MECÂNICA”" de lavratura dos pesquisadores:  Sara Alacoque Guerra Zaghlout, Paulo Thiago Fernandes Dias.

Este artigo pretende discutir e problematizar as questões penais, processuais e criminológicas afetas ao crime de estupro, à figura do acusado ou do condenado pela prática desse delito, como também a resposta que o Estado tradicionalmente aplica para esses casos. Parte-se da obra “A Laranja Mecânica”, tomando a figura do seu protagonista, Alex, como referência para a pesquisa, observa-se a sua personalidade violenta, a sua rotina de crimes graves e o tratamento penal recebido após ser judicialmente condenado. Dessa intersecção entre as Ciências Criminais e a literatura, discorre-se também sobre a expansão do Direito Penal no Brasil.

Abstract: This article intends to discuss and problematize the criminal, procedural and criminological issues related to the crime of rape, the figure of the accused or the convicted of the practice of this crime, as well as the response that the State traditionally applies to such cases. Part of the work "A ClockWork Orange", taking the figure of its protagonist, Alex, as a reference for the research, one observes his violent personality, his routine of serious crimes and the criminal treatment received after being judicially convicted. From this intersection between the Criminal Sciences and literature, there is also a discussion on the expansion of Criminal Law in Brazil.
