A PSICOGRAFIA COMO MEIO DE PROVA NO TRIBUNAL DO JÚRI

A Revista Acadêmica Online, com prazer, introduz o estudo intitulado “A PSICOGRAFIA COMO MEIO DE PROVA NO TRIBUNAL DO JÚRI" de lavratura da pesquisadora: Maria Fernanda Vianez de Castro Cavalcanti e Barbosa.

O presente trabalho científico tem como finalidade fazer uma análise acerca da possibilidade do uso das cartas psicografadas como meio probatório nos procedimentos do Tribunal do Júri, avaliando o possível choque entre os princípios da plenitude de defesa, do in dubio pro reo e da soberania dos veredictos em contraposição à laicidade estatal e à liberdade de crença. Após um estudo sistemático do ordenamento jurídico, bem como a sua análise conjuntamente com outros ramos científicos, será adotada a resposta que mais se coaduna com o direito pátrio.

Abstract:The present scientific work aims to analyze the possibility of using psychographed letters as a probative means in the proceedings of the Jury Court, evaluating the possible clash between the principles of fullness of defense, the presumption of innocence and the sovereignty of the verdicts in contraposition to freedom of belief and the fact that Brazil doesn’t have an official religion. After a systematic study of the legal order, as well as an analysis of other scientific branches in accordance with the legal system, the solution adopted will be the one that makes more sense when compared to the country’s law.
