A Revista Acadêmica Online, com prazer, introduz o estudo intitulado Decisão Estratégica do Director da Escola no Século XXIde lavratura dos pesquisadores: François Kisumbule Biombe, Ausentina O. S. L. Biombe e Justin Amuri Mweze.

 

Este Artigo trata de uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a decisão estratégica do director da escola no século XXI. A efectiva decisão estratégica do director da escola implica criar um ambiente de participação com autonomia burocrática centralizadora na cultura organizacional da escola e do sistema de ensino. No processo de ensino, a escola é responsável pela transmissão do conhecimento. No entanto, neste século XXI, é necessário que o director da escola saiba influenciar o trabalhar docente, ou seja, assuma uma postura que permita transmitir um conhecimento de nível elevado. Assim, os alunos a serão criativos, críticos com uma participação efectiva. O director da escola tem a importante função de promover o trabalho colectivo se alcançar os objectivos educacionais. Por isso, é necessário que o director esteja preparado para melhorar a qualidade educacional. A gestão pedagógica e didáctica é a mais importante, e significativa do currículo. Com a gestão dos espaços prende-se a utilização e manutenção das instalações, equipamentos, máquinas, mobiliário e artigos de uso corrente. A gestão administrativo-financeira compreende essencialmente a gestão de recursos humanos, materiais e financeiros. Gerir uma escola implica a existência destes três tipos de recursos, que devem ser direccionados para a formação dos professores e alunos.

Abstrat

This article deals with a literature review on the strategic decision of the school director in the 21st century. The effective strategic decision of the school director implies creating an environment of participation with centralized bureaucratic autonomy in the organizational culture of the school and the education system. In the teaching process, the school is responsible for transmitting knowledge. However, in this 21st century, it is necessary for the school director to know how to influence the teaching work, that is, to assume a posture that allows the transmission of high level knowledge. Thus, students will be creative, critical with effective participation. The school director has the important function of promoting collective work if educational goals are to be achieved. Therefore, it is necessary that the director is prepared to improve educational quality. Pedagogical and didactic management is the most important and significant part of the curriculum. The management of spaces is related to the use and maintenance of facilities, equipment, machines, furniture and everyday items. Administrative-financial management essentially comprises the management of human, material and financial resources. Running a school implies the existence of these three types of resources, which should be directed towards the training of teachers and students.
